Saturday April 21 we will be our next Couples Child Birth Education workshop using the Yoga Birth Method. This workshop teaches couples what happens in labor, how to manage intervention, how to incorporate yoga poses and proper breathing to manage pain naturally and how your partner can help with hands on pain management techniques. $145 per couple limited to 5 couples. register with Dorothy@birthyogastudio.com
